We began trading in the year of 1985 when the company S Howard Commercials was formed specialising in commercial vehicle retail and trade sales, with this we were able to build strong relationships in the motor trade leading up to the opening in 1996 of Howard Self Drive.

When Howard Self Drive began it consisted of a few light commercial vehicles with the aim to provide first class customer service and satisfaction, which this day is still some thing that we are proud to provide and with that it has helped us to gain good relationships with all our customers whether they hire from us for just one day or one year, our vehicle services and friendly and helpful customer relations keep our customers loyal and returning to us time and time again.
